It has been my dream to start my own agency, and I have never stopped working towards that goal. For me, my name wasn’t the important part – my clients and the work I did for them was. This is why I didn’t choose to go with Jamie Tobin Public Relations or something similar and instead went with &co. – because it is about a company of people (client team and publicist) working towards one goal. I have been the “&co.” at top agencies putting my blood, sweat and tears into my work and even though I now work for myself, and no longer am the rookie I was 15 years ago, I am still that “&co.” working my tail off and doing whatever it takes to get the job done.”

Jamie’s love of wine, entertaining and travel is evident from some of her earliest childhood memories. Whether hosting a cooking show in her parent’s kitchen or discovering the best chocolate croissants in Paris, Jamie quickly discovered the story a meal can tell. A Midwest native, Jamie graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a degree in Journalism before heading west toward San Francisco. She continued her education with master’s studies at the Academy of Art before starting her own fashion and art company. Many amazing experiences later, Jamie made the move to hospitality PR, a marriage of her passions and talents. Jamie has worked for some of the Bay Area’s leading hospitality and lifestyle agencies for the last 15 years, leading the public relations and marketing efforts for her clients which have included numerous high-profile restaurants, notable chefs, award-winning wineries, nationally recognized culinary events (including James Beard Foundation’s Taste America and Eat Drink SF), and consumer products.
