Our founder, Jamie Tobin, has worked at big and smaller agencies in the San Francisco Bay Area. One of the things she prides herself on as the owner of a boutique agency is knowing that she will be working on each account. When you first meet Jamie, you know that you will be working with the same team from start to finish. This continuity and dedication to our clients can be seen in every job we do.
In addition, big agencies have huge overheads and extra expenses – catered lunches and dozens of employees and huge offices. We have the ability to work with clients who have smaller budgets because we don’t have those added expenses. Plus, we are constantly learning from each other. From interns, to account executives to the owner of the agency, the team brainstorms together and everyone has input and a voice at &co. Instead of a several different levels within the business, junior people can talk with upper level creatives and learn from them, making the entire team better.
